2012年10月28日 東京・神保町の書泉グランデ。ミスヤングチャンピオン 2012のお披露目イベントが開催されました。会場に集まった限定１００人がサイン本の手渡しやチェキの撮影会を楽しみました。
秋田書店が毎年開催する新人アイドルコンテスト”ミスヤングチャンピオン”。
今年も2000名を超える応募者の中、5月から書類審査、カメラテストをスタートして、4ヶ月間にわたり撮影会やチャット、ファン参加型イベントでサバイバルレースが行われ、グランプリを選出。
由井香織さん、相原美咲さん、池上紗理依さんの3名が、栄えあるグランプリに輝いた事が発表されました。

“萌える次女” 相原美咲さん（１７）
“キュートな三女” 池上紗理依さん（１６）
由井さんは「ミスヤングチャンピオンの３人のことを知ってもらえるように楽しく活動していきたいです。水着になったときのくびれをアピールしたい！」と”お姉さん”らしいコメント。
池上さんは「目が茶色い所がチャームポイント。」とクリっとした目を輝かせながら話しました。
相原さんは「アピールしたいところは女子高生でＧカップでグラビアなどの水着の仕事を頑張りたいです。」と意気込みを語りました。
