    Now, if any Japanese guys know it better or may add something please correct me! – Her (the artists) name is AiNA THE END, the song name is "Rhythm" (translated), this performance was at the ending concert of her second solo tour "Zombie" end of November at Osaka. But your intuition was right as before she went solo she actually was with a famous J-Pop girl band "BiSH" which was an Idol band if I got that right, they also had songs with anime and that stuff, and this song was not a new one but one which already was a hit with BiSH some years ago… she's still singing several old BiSH songs on her tours along with new material, but she switched them up as she's more and more finding her own, very unique style. Also on THE FIRST TAKE she's singing a beautiful BiSH song, "Orchestra"…
    In the spoken part at the beginning you can hear her mention "BiSH", also on THE FIRST TAKE she gives credit to her former band mates and mentions every single one of the girls… but for more than a year now she's going solo, the band is just her band, but great musicians. I suppose she decided to go solo to be able to do entirely her own thing, already with BiSH she wrote songs and did the whole choreography, but now she has to take no considerations for the other girls parts and can do everything as she wants it to be. She's writing all the lyrics and her own songs, does the arrangements, does some crazy choreography on other performances, musically she is very versatile, it goes from Jazz, Bossa, Rock, Metal, Punk, Ballads, to things I don't even have a name for… genius musician, great singer and crazy good performer, I already told you I love her deeply, vocally for me she is on the same level as Angelina, Haley, Diana, Misia or Morissette (who are all great in their own rights, just speaking in terms of richness, uniqueness, technical abilities, control etc…)
    I'm glad you liked her, so I may hope you'll do some more reactions to get an idea of her unbelievable versatility. As you love THE FIRST TAKE you might want to check hers (two, I'd start with Orchestra…), but don't miss some of her crazy live performances from her first or second tour. Also her videos are really artistic, but you could watch these privately after you reacted on live versions. Two crazy good videos worth reacting are definitely "ZOKINDOG" and "Rainbow". Her lyrics are, as you guessed, highly poetic, sometimes not easy to interpret, and usually very deep… Here's a translation of "Rainbow":

    hello my friend, today I discovered a piece of music / 'song' which is great art. I already knew the artist whose name is Fiona Apple, I had bought her highly acclaimed debut album in the mid nineties and listened a lot to that, but after that I lost track of her… so today when I read her name on a reaction channel I'm following, but with a song title I never heard before, I thought "this might be interesting" and hopped on that one – and I was blown away… great stuff! This was released in 2013, about 20 years after her debut, so she's developed and seasoned a lot since I knew her… Title of the song is "Hot Knife" – the other woman in the video singing background vocals is her sister as I learned from the comments. Hot stuff!
