彼女の後期のアルバム群は、全曲を様々な売れっ子作家たちに発注したオリジナルアルバムが多い中、結局初期の作品を書いていた有馬＆筒美コンビに戻した「午後のシンシア」が一番良いアルバムだったりするのですが、この最終作でも、そのコンビがA面曲を書いてます。やはり筒美大明神の洗練されたポップス感覚が、彼女の個性を一番際立たせたのですねえ。でもこれはラストアルバムなのに、全曲オリジナルではなく、B面を彼女の定番、英語曲のカバー構成にしたのは、結局それが一番彼女らしいからでしょうね。初期の頃に比べたら、英語曲もかなり歌いこなせるようになってます、って、曲によっては拙さも相変わらずではありますが。でもそれも今となってはご愛嬌。彼女の描いていた世界を憧れたり夢見たりすることで、自分の若い頃の大きな部分が彩られていた気がします。

彼女の曲では、Ms. 、思い出通り、春の予感が好きです。世代だから仕方ないですが、やっぱり永遠のアイドルです。
