Continuing Mecchayamu’s Birthday MVs this 5th song is called, “Sunny Sunny Happiness or Hare Hare Yukai”, which every anime fan’s cult favorite song from “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya” originally sung Haruhi Suzumiya, Mikuru Asahina, and Yuki Nagato of the SOS Brigade.Since Deresute once had a Haruhi Suzumiya collab, Riamu “Mecchayamu” Yumemi, Nana “Usamin” Abe, and Yukimi Sajo cover this anime cult classic song. The song was the 1st ending of “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya”. For their backup dancers are Shy Bookworm Fumika “FumiFumi” Sagisawa, and anti-work NEET girl Anzu Futaba (They and Riamu form “slow generations”). This song talks about all the members of the SOS Brigade spreading all the excitement throughout their world as SOS stands for “Spreading excitement all Over the world with Haruhi Suzumiya”(ie, the official anthem of the SOS Brigade). When it comes to the Haruhiverse and Deremas similarites, Yamu acts High & Mighty and is to supernatural things like Haruhi, Nagato and Yukimi are both mysterious emotionless girls, and Usamin & Mikuru are both time travelers(Usamin time travelling to be eternally 17) & are bunny costume wearing awkwardly shy girls, FumiFumi is like Nagato as they are both quiet bookworms, and Anzu is like Haruhi for being selfish(in fact Haruhi Suzumiya is the fusion of. When I was young IRL, I liked Haruhi Suzumiya and watched all the Haruhi Suzumiya series(even the movie).
